NEITHER YOU NOR THE CARBON COMPANY WILL BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR AND YOUR LIABILITY RELATED TO THE PURCHASE AND SALE OF THIS PRODUCT IS LIMITED TO THE TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE PAID TO THE CARBON COMPANY BY YOU. CARBON COMPANY MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER OTHER THAN AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY OTHER REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTIBILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Other Terms

All transactions involving carbon offsets are limited to the retiring of the carbon offset. We do not sell electricity, trees, or property rights from which offsets are derived.

You may not transfer or resell these offsets once purchased. All offsets are considered retired, never again to be circulated.
